Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Active BCBA certification, Florida Medicaid provider enrollment (or eligibility), and a deep commitment to family-centered care.
$1,900 – $3,200

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Active RBT certification (BACB), compliant background screening, and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
$2,200 – $3,800

Behavior Assistant (BA)
High school diploma or equivalent, completed Florida APD-required training courses (or willingness to complete them), and a patient, compassionate demeanor.
$1,800 – $3,000

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
High school diploma, clear background check, reliable transportation, and a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in someone’s daily life.
